I’m sure some of you have heard about my crazy idea about sleeping only 2 hours a night through the use of naps.  It was fun while it had lasted.  But due to social constraints, work, and having to go to an in-patient clinic during the middle of what would have been my adaptation period, it didn’t exactly work out.  I’ll try again if ever/whenever I become free from a work schedule that would interrupt.

Here lie the broken bones of my old sleep schedule:

12am/pm 23-25min
4am/pm 23-25min
8am/pm 23-25min

total time spent in bed: 2.3-2.5hrs
total time actually asleep: 2hrs
